The company held its annual recognition banquets this year in South Sioux City on February 16, and in Dubuque on February 23. Once again, many drivers and employees were honored for safety, performance and longevity. Despite the weather issues at both banquets, they were well attended. Many drivers and employees made comment of how valuable and rewarding it was for the company to celebrate key accomplishments of its associates: Safe driving milestones; Best of the Best performance; long and valued service by drivers and employees with the company. There are many ways that we can feel proud and distinguished as partners in an organization that strives for excellence and that holds continuous improvement, hard work, and professionalism as core values. Congratulations to all who were recognized, and to all who strive towards those core values! Included in this newsletter are pictures taken from those events. This year was the first year that we planned a similar banquet at the Monmouth, IL facility. Unfortunately, due to extreme inclement weather, that banquet was postponed to a later date. Given the uncertainty with weather during this time of year, the company will likely schedule future recognition banquets to occur in April or May.
