Motor Lines. Our owner operator program offers a variety of
running areas and several pay packages.
Most
owners choose our attractive pay per mile program which pays
$.92 per mile loaded and empty and $1.02 per mile when driving
in or out of the 11 New England states. Plus, we pay a fuel
surcharge on all miles and we buy the reefer fuel. Owner operators
who choose to run coast to coast or who have their own refrigerated
trailer may find it advantageous to be paid a percentage of
each load they haul. Regardless of which pay package you select
some things remain constant - consistent freight, excellent
lanes to run, weekly settlements, and the respect you deserve.
Our
owner operators average 2,500 - 3,000 miles per week. You'll
be out 7 - 21 days with 2 - 3 days off. Home time depends
on what the owner operator wants and where they live. There
is no forced dispatch. Our loads are pre-planned and give
the owner operator the opportunity to run their truck - their
business - as efficiently as possible.
